The PeopleSoft HR Upgrade to 8.9 is coming on Monday, July 10

Please note the following:
* The HR system will be unavailable while the upgrade is installed from Friday, July 7 at 5 p.m. until Monday, July 10 at 6 a.m.
* Please clear your computer's cache before leaving work on Friday, July 7. (See the "Clearing Your Cache" job aid at the website listed below.)
* Please review the new timekeeper job aids and a summary of the changes in 8.9 ("What's New in PeopleSoft HCM 8.9"), which are available at: http://www.sandi.net/dwa/peoplesoft/readandlearn/jobaids/. Look for the yellow box labeled "HCM 8.9 Upgrade".
* Mark your calendars for the Open Labs on the new Timekeeping: Friday, July 14 and Monday, July 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Roosevelt B-2.
* If you have questions about this after reviewing the job aids and attending the Open Lab, please contact the appropriate Payroll Tech listed on page 2 of the Human Resource Support Contact List (which is also available at the website listed above).
