The PeopleSoft HR Upgrade to HCM 8.9 is here!

On July 17, the district has upgraded to PeopleSoft HR (HCM) 8.9. You'll see a new look when you log into PeopleSoft HR as of today. Please see the HCM 8.9 Upgrade area on the Job Aids page of this site for more information.

**PeopleSoft HR Upgrade Delayed**

Due to technical issues, the PeopleSoft HR Upgrade to HCM 8.9 will be delayed one week. So, when you log into PeopleSoft HR today and the rest of this week, you will still be working in version 8.8, just as you always have.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your patience.

The PeopleSoft HR Upgrade to 8.9 is coming on Monday, July 10

* The HR system will be unavailable while the upgrade is installed from Friday, July 7 at 5 p.m. until Monday, July 10 at 6 a.m.

* Please clear your computer's cache before leaving work on Friday, July 7. (See the "Clearing Your Cache" job aid at the website listed below.)

* Please review the new timekeeper job aids and a summary of the changes in 8.9 ("What's New in PeopleSoft HCM 8.9"), which are available at: http://www.sandi.net/dwa/peoplesoft/readandlearn/jobaids/. Look for the yellow box labeled "HCM 8.9 Upgrade".

* Mark your calendars for the Open Labs on the new Timekeeping: Friday, July 14 and Monday, July 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Roosevelt B-2.
