PeopleSoft Training Classes for April 2010

Below is the list of dates for all PeopleSoft training classes being offered in April.

HR (Human Resources) Classes:

• Apr 9 & 13 - PAR Processing
• Apr 29 & 30 - Time and Labor (2 sessions)

Financials Classes:

• Apr 7 & 8 - eProcurement (2 sessions)
• Apr 21 - Expenses
• Apr 14 - Mileage

PeopleSoft for Site Admins Classes:

• Apr 20

PeopleSoft Open Lab:

• Friday, April 16, 2010 (8:00am-11:00am) (12:00pm-3:00pm) Bungalow B5

NOTE: PeopleSoft classes are held at the Fremont Training Center in Bungalow B5 or B6.

New & Updated Financials Job Aids

There are several new eProcurement and Expenses Job Aids now available in the Job Aids page. Some of these show how to run Budget Reports. Other Job Aids have also been updated there. You'll know which ones they are by the "NEW" or "UPDATED" words next to their titles. To view these Job Aids, click the Read and Learn link (the light bulb icon on this page) and then click the Job Aids link. Scroll the page up until you find the ePro or Expenses sections.
